• Same-day delivery services (within service area)
• Professional cleaning and packing services (upon request)

3. Service Area & Limitations

Delivery Area: We deliver within Margao and surrounding areas in Goa. Delivery may take 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on location and demand.

Availability: Products are subject to daily availability and stock. We do not guarantee specific product availability.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change. Current rates are market-dependent and subject to confirmation at time of order.

Responsibility: Once delivered, product storage and handling are customer's responsibility. We recommend immediate refrigeration.

• Delivery times may vary during peak demand
• Customer must be available at delivery time

Returns & Complaints

For quality complaints, contact us within 1 hour of delivery with photographic evidence. We will work to resolve issues promptly.
